Take a 3ml syringe and assemble it with an appropriate tip beforehand
Screw down the cap so that the power falls down in liquid phase
Shake vigorously for 5 seconds
Remove the cap and immediately aspirate the resulting mixture with the syringe equipped with the tip
Wait at least 3 min
Apply the gel in the gingival pockets & wait for at least 5 min
